Our service includes the following steps:
- Needs assessment
In dialog with you, we determine your personnel needs and your job requirements.
- Matching
Suitable candidates are selected based on the job requirements. Our specialist lecturers and language teachers are involved in this process.
- Selection process
We conduct initial selection interviews with the candidates. You will get to know the shortlist in interviews (in person, online).
- Conclusion of contract
After concluding a contract with your desired specialist, we provide support with administrative processes and official matters.
- Onboarding
During the probationary period, we conduct regular coaching sessions on professional integration. At the end of the probationary period, a joint final interview takes place.
