In order to maintain and continuously improve high quality, the Freiburg International Academy has introduced a quality management system. The performance of this quality management system is constantly being evaluated, developed and optimized internally.
The Freiburg International Academy have been awarded AZAV certification by the external expert body ZertSozial GmbH (Stuttgart). The courses offered by the Freiburg International Academy have been awarded AZAV certification by the external expert body GUTcert GmbH (Berlin).
Specific targets are defined annually for the company and its divisions. These serve to optimize and further develop the organization. Our mission statement is reviewed once a year to ensure that it is up to date (e.g., during the management review) and modified if necessary.
