Sponsors – they make it possible

The sponsors allow many of our participants free participation in the courses and, in addition, depending on the funding program, the reimbursement of travel expenses.

Due to the different conditions and requirements of the application, the FIA advises and supports its participants comprehensively in all questions concerning the various funding opportunities.

By applying high quality standards with continuous evaluations, we offer needs-based qualification programs and thus fulfill all requirements of the sponsors.

Employment Agency & Jobcenter

The Employment Agency and the Jobcenters have the opportunity to promote further vocational training if the qualification measures significantly improve placement opportunities in the labor market. Once the prerequisites have been checked, at a personal appointment with an Employment Agency or a Jobcenter, an education voucher can be issued to cover the full cost of the training measure. In addition, the courses for the preparation of the Professional Language Test and the Knowledge Test can be promoted.

As a prerequisite for the acceptance of educational vouchers, the FIA is accredited to AZAV (Accreditation and Licensing Ordinance Employment Promotion). For this, the FIA as an educational institution had to prove its reliability, financial and professional capacity, as well as the ability to advise and support participants competently and in accordance with the current training and employment market.

The qualification measures and their content as well as the duration are designed according to the objective of the foreign health professionals and take into account developments in the labor market.

The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF)

The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees, on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS), has decided to set up a job-related German language program acc. §45a AufenthG for people with a migration background. The special courses provide the basis for professional language development in the context of recognition procedures for professional degrees in the academic health professions of medicine, dentistry and pharmacy, and prepare our participants for the Professional Language Test.

Participation in the courses is only possible via certificates of entitlement and is free of charge for the participants. Travel expenses can be reimbursed. The authorization forms can be applied for at the BAMF or at Employment Agencies and Jobcenters.

The FIA has received approval as a carrier for the training locations in Freiburg, Heidelberg and Frankfurt. The approval of the FIA took into account extensive formal and qualitative reliability and performance criteria.
