Our Mission

Our mission is to qualify international healthcare professionals in a practice-oriented manner and to sustainably accompany them during professional recognition as well as through their entire integration process. International networks enable us to promote a lived culture of welcome, perceive cultural particularities, and specifically recognize the individual needs of professionals. Close cooperation with healthcare facilities, public institutions, and funding agencies ensures comprehensive patient care and makes appreciation tangible.
