If you would like to take part in a Compact Course German for Health Care Professionals A1 – B2 (no funding possible) before a funded course, please write this as a note in the comments field when registering.
Further steps for registrating
- After processing your registration, you will receive a qualification offer from the FIA consulting team for submission to funding institutions.
- If you send a confirmation of the reimbursement (educational voucher, certificate of entitlement, confirmation of a scholarship) to the FIA consulting team by e-mail, you will receive a confirmation of registration. One week before the course start, the syllabus will be made available to you.
- If you already have a confirmation of the reimbursement, you can upload it already at the registration in the inquiry form.
Note
During the registration process, you have to upload proof to show that you meet the admission requirements (as PDF, JPG, JPEG or PNG, up to a maximum of 2 MB per document). Keep the following copies handy, each in a separate file:
- University diploma or proof of study letter
- Visa / residence permit
- Curriculum vitae (with address, educational background, professional background only / in German, English or Arabic)
If available:
- Confirmation of a costs covered (funding)
- Recognized language certificate (FIA, Telc, Goethe or ÖSD)
- Recognized professional language certificate C1 (FIA or German professional association)
- Proof of receipt of application for professional licensing (Approbation)
- German certificate of recognition

That's no problem – after sending the registration you will be asked to take a placement test. This test is completely free of charge for you!
