4. Data protection information for applicants 

Compliance with data protection regulations is a high priority for our company. In the following we would like to inform you about the collection of your personal data by us:


Responsible party

The company to which you have applied is responsible for data collection and processing.


Data that we need

When you apply, we process data from you that we need for the application. This can be contact data as well as all data in connection with the application (curriculum vitae, certificates, qualifications, answers to questions, etc.). The legal basis for this is § 26 BDSG.


Data erasure

If no legal retention period exists, the data will be deleted as soon as storage is no longer necessary or the legitimate interest in storage has expired. If no recruitment takes place, this is usually the case no later than six months after completion of the application procedure. The duration of the storage then depends on the legal storage obligations e.g. from the fiscal regulations (6 years) or the trade regulation (10 years). If there has been no recruitment, but your application is still of interest to us, we will ask you whether we may retain your application for future vacancies.


Confidential treatment of your data

We will of course treat your data confidentially and will not pass them on to third parties. We may use service providers who are strictly bound by instructions and who support us, for example, in the areas of EDP or the archiving and destruction of documents and with whom separate contracts for order processing have been concluded.


Your data protection rights

As a data subject, you have the right to obtain information about the personal data relating to you and to correct inaccurate data or have such data deleted if one of the reasons stated in Art. 17 DSGVO applies, e.g. if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued. You also have the right to restrict the processing if one of the conditions specified in Art. 18 DSGVO applies and in the cases specified in Art. 20 DSGVO the right to data transfer. Every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if he or she is of the opinion that the processing of the data concerning him or her violates data protection provisions. The right of appeal may be exercised in particular by a supervisory authority in the Member State where the person concerned is staying or working or where the alleged infringement is suspected. You also have the right to contact our data protection officer at any time, who is obliged to maintain secrecy with regard to your request. 5. Data collection on our website



The Internet pages partly use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies are used to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal until you delete them. If you send us requests via contact form, your information from the request form including the contact data provided by you there for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions stored by us. The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal e-mail notification to us is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing operations carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. The data entered by you in the contact form remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after completed processing of your request). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Facebook-Plugins (Like & Share-Button)

Integrated on our pages are plugins of the social network Facebook, provider Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. YouTube videos are embedded in our website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. YouTube uses cookies for data collection and statistical data analysis. Using these statistics, YouTube can evaluate how often a video was viewed and whether the video was viewed on YouTube or on which websites the video was embedded.

To protect your privacy, we only use embedded YouTube videos in an enhanced privacy mode. This means that YouTube does not store cookies for a user who visits a website with an embedded YouTube video if the video is not clicked and played.
