The Boarding House in Freiburg is located on the edge of the pedestrian zone near the historical center. Within walking distance you will find a variety of shopping facilities for all your daily needs, the university and city library, places for culture and nightlife as well as several parks for relaxing and sunbathing.

The tram and bus stop Europaplatz (tram S4 and S5) is located close by. With the tram it takes 15 to 20 minutes from your accommodation to the FIA training center in Merzhausen.

A total of 11 newly built apartments are available for shared use. The rooms can be used either as single or double rooms, depending on availability. The front and back building are separated by a own courtyard.

Facilities

All apartments are fully equipped and have free WLAN access. In every room there is a bunk bed with bed linen, a wardrobe and a desk. The kitchens are equipped with a stove with ceramic hob, refrigerator and dishwasher. Dishes and cutlery and electrical appliances (vacuum cleaner, kettle, coffee machine) are available. In the cellar there are washing machines and tumble dryers (with coin-operated machines).

 

Rent

The rental price includes all additional costs except German radio and TV fee (rent, water, electricity, heating, garbage collection and WLAN).

After moving out a cleaning fee of 100 Euro per person is due.
